who will win and why?

It looks like republican Bob McDonnell is going to win the election.frankly I've been seeing McDonnell on the tv and he is really the only candidate I personally was aware of. However I have recently learned the other candidate is the democratic nominee creigh Deeds. My lack of knowledge of the other candidate is most likely due to his lack of campaigning. I feel like he is hardly putting up a fight at all and therefore McDonnell will win purely on the basis that people know more of him and have heard and seen more of him than Deeds. this is sad that our election turnout will be based on this mostly and not on actual matters and views of the candidates. why is Deeds even running if he's not making much of an effort that is showing us he wants to be governor?This is rediculous
