4.) its message is that congress isn't really doing everything they can to work on health care reform. congress is divided. one side of congress is working on the health care reform and the other side isn't.
5.) I agree with the cartoon's message because i think that the new health care reform is a good idea but all congress is doing is arguing about it, not really taking any action and doing enough to get it through.
good point! i think congress needs to work together as a team to figure it out so we can make the best plan for our country.
